摘要
数字化技术正重塑全球竞争格局,区域发展日益聚焦于数字创新创业。构建以区域数字生态系统为起点、以区域数字创新创业共生系统的衍生演化与组态因果逻辑为理论框架,以中国100个大中城市为样本,运用NCA与动态QCA方法,实证检验区域数字创新创业共生下数字创业的驱动机制与组态路径。研究发现:数字创新作为源动力,通过知识、技术和制度革新重塑竞争格局;数字创业则作为试错载体与市场转化机制,推动数字技术与实体经济深度融合,二者形成“双螺旋”互动结构。研究进一步揭示,打造区域数字创业高地关键在于数字创新生态要素的有机协同;目前中国区域数字创业呈现三类典型模式:大社会-小政府驱动型、大社会-大政府驱动型与大社会-大市场驱动型。其中,数字社会是贯穿所有路径的核心驱动要素,构成区域数字创业的基础支撑。进一步推动区域数字创新创业高质量发展,必须实施数字创新创业协同战略,因地制宜选择竞争性的组态路径,加快推进数字化大社会建设,强化数字生态核心要素的集群效应。
Digital technologies are reshaping the global competitive landscape,with regional development increasingly focused on digital innovation and entrepreneurship.This study constructs a theoretical framework that begins with the regional digital ecosystem and centers on the derivative evolution and configurational causal logic of the regional digital innovation and entrepreneurship symbiosis system.Based on a sample of 100 large and medium-sized cities in China,the research employs Necessary Condition Analysis(NCA)and dynamic Qualitative Comparative Analysis(QCA)methods to empirically examine the driving mechanisms and configurational pathways of digital entrepreneurship within the context of regional digital innovation and entrepreneurship symbiosis.The findings indicate that digital innovation,as a source of power,reshapes the competitive landscape through knowledge,technological,and institutional innovation,while digital entrepreneurship serves as a trial-and-error vehicle and market transformation mechanism,driving the deep integration of digital technologies with the real economy.Together,they form a“double helix”interactive structure.The study further reveals that the key to building a regional digital entrepreneurship hub lies in the organic synergy of digital innovation ecosystem elements.Currently,digital entrepreneurship in China’s regions manifests three typical models:the large society-small government-driven model,the large society-large government-driven model,and the large society-large market-driven model.Among these,the digital society emerges as the core driving element across all pathways,forming the foundational support for regional digital entrepreneurship.To further promote the high-quality development of regional digital innovation and entrepreneurship,it is essential to implement a coordinated digital innovation and entrepreneurship strategy,select competitive configurational pathways based on local conditions,accelerate the construction of a digitalized large society,and strengthen the cluster effects of core digital ecosystem elements.
