摘要
在“人工智能+”大模型跨领域发展的背景下,企业如何通过战略联盟促进人工智能技术创新成为重要议题。基于知识基础理论和动态能力理论,以2010-2023年中国229家人工智能上市公司为研究样本,实证检验了战略联盟对企业人工智能技术创新的影响机制。研究发现:①嵌入战略联盟显著促进了企业人工智能技术创新;②知识重组创造和知识重组复用是战略联盟影响人工智能技术创新的关键中介机制;③动态能力越强的企业,越能有效利用联盟的知识资源促进人工智能技术创新。不仅拓展了知识基础理论和动态能力理论向人工智能领域的延伸,而且为人工智能企业优化联盟战略决策提供了重要启示。
Under the background of the cross-disciplinary development of“Artificial Intelligence+”large models,how enterprises can promote technological innovation in artificial intelligence through strategic alliances has become an important issue.Based on the knowledge-based theory and the dynamic capability theory,this paper took 229 listed artificial intelligence enterprises in China from 2010 to 2023 as the research sample and empirically examined the influence mechanism of strategic alliances on the artificial intelligence technological innovation of enterprises.The research findings shcwed:①Embedding strategic alliances significantly promoted the technological innovation of artificial intelligence in enterprises;②Knowledge reorganization creation and knowledge reorganization reuse are the key mediating mechanisms through which strategic alliances influence technological innovation in artificial intelligence.③The dynamic capabilities of enterprises positively regulated the above relationship.That is,the stronger the dynamic capabilities of an enterprise,the more effectively it can utilize alliance resources to promote technological innovation in artificial intelligence.This research not only expands the extension of the knowledge-based theory and dynamic capability theory to the field of artificial intelligence,but also provides important inspirations for guiding artificial intelligence enterprises to optimize alliance strategic decisions.
