摘要
当前我国城市发展已进入存量优化与质量提升的新阶段,城市更新成为推动城市转型与功能重构的关键路径。道路作为城市空间结构的核心骨架与公共生活载体,其更新已超越单纯的市政工程范畴,成为推动城市功能升级、品质提升与文化传承的关键抓手。本文结合镇江市正东路综合提升工程实践,从目标导向、技术路径、实施保障三个维度构建兼具系统性和可操作性的城市道路更新策略体系,以期为新时期城市道路更新提供理论参考与实践指引。
Currently, China's urban development has entered a new stage of stock optimization and quality improvement, and urban renewal has become a key path to promote urban transformation and functional reconstruction. As the core skeleton of urban spatial structure and the carrier of public life, roads have surpassed the scope of simple municipal engineering and become a key lever for promoting urban functional upgrading, quality improvement, and cultural inheritance. This article combines the comprehensive improvement project of Zhengdong Road in Zhenjiang City to construct a systematic and operable urban road renewal strategy system from three dimensions: goal orientation, technical path, and implementation guarantee, in order to provide theoretical reference and practical guidance for urban road renewal in the new era.
