复杂山地地形下风电混塔安装设备选型及安全作业流程优化

Equipment Selection and Safety Operation Process Optimization for Wind Power Hybrid Tower Installation in Complex Mountainous Terrain

摘要 针对复杂山地地形坡度大、地势高差显著、地质条件复杂等问题,本文基于设备选型五大原则与并行施工、资源优化配置理论,开展风电混塔安装设备选型及作业流程优化研究。设备选型上,筛选履带起重机、专用运输车辆、移动式混凝土搅拌站等适配设备,结合工程案例明确型号与参数;作业流程优化采用并行施工策略,同步推进基础施工与组件运输组装,借助信息化系统动态调配资源。实践表明,优化后单台风机安装周期从25天缩短至18天,项目总工期提前350天完成,总成本节约8000万元,设备租赁、材料运输及人工成本分别降低15%、10%和8%,有效提升了复杂山地风电混塔安装的效率、安全性与经济性,为同类项目提供了实践参考。 In response to the problems of steep slopes,significant elevation differences,and complex geological conditions in complex mountainous terrain,this paper conducts research on equipment selection and operation process optimization for wind power hybrid tower installation based on the five principles of equipment selection,parallel construction,and resource optimization allocation theory.In terms of equipment selection,select suitable equipment such as crawler cranes,specialized transport vehicles,and mobile concrete mixing plants,and clarify the models and parameters based on engineering cases.The optimization of the homework process adopts a parallel construction strategy,synchronously promoting basic construction and component transportation and assembly,and dynamically allocating resources with the help of information systems.Practice has shown that after optimization,the installation cycle of a single wind turbine has been shortened from 25 days to 18 days,and the total project duration has been completed 350 days ahead of schedule.The total cost has been saved by 80 million yuan,and equipment rental,material transportation,and labor costs have been reduced by 15%,10%,and 8%,respectively.This effectively improves the efficiency,safety,and economy of complex mountain wind power hybrid tower installation,providing practical reference for similar projects.
