摘要
新四军铁军精神作为盐城地方红色文化资源,是完善高校思政育人体系的重要内容。该文立足盐城红色文化资源,围绕新四军精神的时代内涵,深度挖掘新四军精神的历史意蕴,明确新四军铁军精神的内涵实质,对新四军铁军精神融入高校思政育人体系的现实价值进行论述。调研革命老区盐城高校师生对新四军铁军精神的认知情况,高校将铁军精神融入育人实践过程中存在的问题。探寻新四军铁军精神贯穿学校思政教育全过程实践路径,从理念引领课程设置,红色文化资源的实践转化,社会实践与志愿服务,多层次的教育活动等大力弘扬新四军铁军精神,切实提升高校思想政治教育的实效性。
The Tiejun Spirit of the New Fourth Army,as part of Yancheng's local red culture resources,is a crucial component for enhancing the ideological and political education system in universities.Based on Yancheng's Red culture resources,this article focuses on the contemporary connotations of the New Fourth Army spirit.It deeply explores the historical significance and essence of the Tiejun Spirit of the New Fourth Army,and discusses its practical value in integrating it into the ideological and political education system in universities.A survey was conducted among faculty and students of Yancheng universities in the revolutionary old area to assess their understanding of the Tiejun Spirit of the New Fourth Army and identify the existing issues in incorporating this spirit into educational practices.The study also explores practical pathways to infuse the Tiejun Spirit of the New Fourth Army throughout the entire process of ideological and political education,including guiding principles for curriculum design,practical transformation of Red cultural resources,social practice and volunteer service,and multi-level educational activities,and all aimed at vigorously promoting the Tiejun Spirit of the New Fourth Army and effectively enhancing the effectiveness of ideological and political education in universities.
