摘要
随着纺织行业更新换代,原有检测标准已经落后于现阶段的检测需求,标准完善更新已经势在必行。为了帮助相关人员准确地理解以及更加高效地执行标准GB/T 2910.7—2025《纺织品定量化学分析第7部分:聚酰胺纤维与某些其他纤维的混合物(甲酸法)》,文章围绕标准的范围、规范性引用文件、试剂及试验步骤等核心方面进行分析,针对新旧标准的差异,对新标准实行中的注意点提出针对性对策及建议。通过表格对比分析发现,新标准比旧标准的适用范围更加广泛,试剂选择更加明确,试验步骤更加一致安全。选择新标准进行检测对试验人员来说能减少试验偏差,有助于提升检测结果的统一性和准确性。
With the renewal of the textile industry,the original testing standards have fallen behind the current testing requirements,it is imperative to optimize and update the standards.To help relevant personnel accurately understand and more efficiently implement the standard GB/T 2910.7-2025 Textiles-Quantitative Chemical Analysis-Part 7:Mixtures of Polyamide with Certain Other Fibers(Method Using Formic Acid),this article analyzes the core aspects of the standard,including its scope,normative references,reagents,and test procedures.It also compares the differences between the old and new standards and offers targeted strategies and suggestions for the implementation of the new standard.Through comparative table analysis,it was found that the new standard has a broader applicable range than the old one,a clearer selection of reagents,and more consistent and safer testing procedures.Adopting the new standard for testing can reduce experimental deviations for testers and help improve the consistency and accuracy of test results.
