摘要
乡村全面振兴视域下,农村职业教育是培育乡村本土人才、激发乡村内生动力的重要抓手,但存在投入周期长、收益回报慢的特点。耐心资本注重长期价值与社会效益,能够为农村职业教育提供持续稳定的支撑。耐心资本与农村职业教育在目标同向性、需求匹配性、价值共创性和风险包容性等方面内在契合,但仍面临认知理念偏差、优质项目稀缺、制度保障不足等多重约束。为此,应从观念转变、品质提升与制度完善三个维度构建协同机制,通过增强双向认知、打造可投资型职教项目、健全政策支持体系等,引导耐心资本与农村职业教育实现可持续发展。
Against the backdrop of the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas,rural vocational education serves as a pivotal vehicle for nurturing local rural talent and galvanizing the endogenous momentum of rural communities.Nevertheless,its development is marked by inherent features such as long investment cycles and delayed returns on investment.Patient capital,with its emphasis on long-term value and social benefits,is well-positioned to provide sustained and stable support for rural vocational education.Patient capital and rural vocational education exhibit intrinsic compatibility in aspects including goal congruence,demand alignment,value co-creation,and risk tolerance.However,in practice,they still encounter multiple constraints,such as cognitive misalignments,a scarcity of high-quality projects,and inadequate institutional safeguards.To address these challenges,a collaborative mechanism should be established across three dimensions:conceptual transformation,quality enhancement,and institutional refinement.By fostering mutual understanding,developing investable vocational education projects,and optimizing the policy support framework,we can facilitate the sustainable symbiotic development of patient capital and rural vocational education.
