摘要
目的:观察丹参注射液联合琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片治疗冠心病(CAD)的效果。方法:选取2023年1月—2025年1月乐山市犍为县人民医院接诊的100例CAD患者,随机分为两组,各50例。对照组予基础治疗联合美托洛尔治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予丹参注射液。比较两组临床疗效、心功能[左心室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左心室射血分数(LVEF)]水平、血脂[总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、载脂蛋白B(ApoB)]水平以及治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P=0.014);治疗后,观察组LVESD和LVEDD小于对照组(P<0.001),LVEF高于对照组(P<0.001);治疗后,观察组TC、LDL-C、ApoB水平低于对照组(P<0.001);两组不良反应总发生率无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:丹参注射液联合琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片治疗CAD的效果显著,可改善患者心功能和血脂水平,且未增加不良反应发生率。
Objective:To observe the effect of Danshen injection combined with metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablet in treatment of coronary artery disease(CAD).Methods:A total of 100 CAD patients admitted to Qianwei People's Hospital in Leshan from January 2023 to January 2025 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received basic treatment combined with metoprolol treatment,and the observation group was given Danshen injection on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,cardiac function[left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)]levels,blood lipid[total cholesterol(TC),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),apolipoprotein B(ApoB)]levels and adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The overall response rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.014).After treatment,LVESD and LVEDD in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.001),and LVEF in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.001).After treatment,the levels of TC,LDL-C and ApoB in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.001).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Danshen injection combined with metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablet achieves significant effects in the treatment of CAD,and can improve cardiac function and blood lipid levels of patients,without increasing the incidence of adverse reactions.
