摘要
目的:探讨健脾利湿化痰方联合穴位埋线治疗脾虚湿盛型单纯性肥胖(SO)的效果。方法:选取宝鸡市金台医院2024年3月—2025年3月收治的110例SO患者,以随机数字表法分为两组,各55例。对照组行穴位埋线治疗,观察组在对照组基础上应用健脾利湿化痰方治疗。比较两组疗效、中医证候积分、脂肪细胞因子及血脂指标水平。结果:治疗后,观察组体质量、体质量指数、腰臀比小于对照组(P<0.001);治疗后,观察组主证、次证评分及总分低于对照组(P<0.001);治疗后,观察组脂联素水平高于对照组(P<0.001),甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白、总胆固醇水平低于对照组(P<0.001)。结论:健脾利湿化痰方联合穴位埋线治疗脾虚湿盛型SO的效果显著,可减轻临床症状,改善脂质代谢及血脂水平。
Objective:To investigate the effect of Jianpi Lishi Huatan formula combined with acupoint catgut embedding in the treatment of simple obesity(SO)with spleen deficiency and dampness exuberance syndrome.Methods:A total of 110 SO patients admitted to Baoji Jintai Hospital from March 2024 to March 2025 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 55 cases in each group.The control group was treated with acupoint catgut embedding,and the observation group was treated with Jianpi Lishi Huatan formula on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,adipocytokine levels and blood lipid index levels were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the body weight,body mass index,and waist-to-hip ratio in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.001).After treatment,the scores of main syndrome and secondary syndrome and total score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.001).After treatment,the adiponectin level in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.001),and the levels of triglyceride,low-density lipoprotein,and total cholesterol in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion:Jianpi Lishi Huatan formula combined with acupoint catgut embedding achieves significant effects in the treatment of SO with spleen deficiency and dampness exuberance syndrome,and can relieve clinical symptoms and improve lipid metabolism and blood lipid levels.
