摘要
目的:探讨天麻涤痰汤联合倍他司汀治疗痰瘀阻络型眩晕的临床效果。方法:选取2024年10月—2025年5月大方县中医医院收治的痰瘀阻络型眩晕患者116例,依据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各58例。对照组予以倍他司汀治疗,观察组在对照组基础上予以天麻涤痰汤治疗。比较两组临床疗效、中医证候积分及功能障碍程度。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P=0.014);治疗后,观察组主证、次证积分低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组身体、情感、功能评分及眩晕障碍量表总分低于对照组(P<0.001)。结论:天麻涤痰汤联合倍他司汀治疗痰瘀阻络型眩晕的效果较好,可减轻患者中医证候,改善眩晕所致功能障碍。
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Tianma Ditan Decotion combined with betahistine in the treatment of vertigo caused by phlegm and blood stasis blocking the meridians.Methods:A total of one hundred and sixteen patients with vertigo of the"phlegm-stasis blocking the meridians"type who were admitted to Dafang County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2024 to May 2025 were selected.They were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with fifty-eight cases in each group.The control group was treated with betahistine,while the observation group was treated with Tianma Ditan Decotion in addition to the treatment of the control group.The clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores and functional impairment levels of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.014).After treatment,the main and secondary symptom scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After the treatment,the physical,emotional,functional scores and the total score of the vertigo disorder scale of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion:The combination of Tianma Ditan Decotion and betahistine has a better therapeutic effect on vertigo of the"phlegm-stasis blocking the meridians"type.It can alleviate the patient's traditional Chinese medicine syndromes and improve the functional disorders caused by vertigo.
