摘要
装配式建筑的设计与施工均离不开BIM技术的广泛运用,以海油发展天津海洋装备智能制造基地EPC项目为载体,采用BIM技术指导现场施工,加快了施工进度,提高了施工质量。通过对施工过程中成功经验的总结,以期为后续类似工程施工提供有效参考。
The design and construction of prefabricated buildings are inseparable from the extensive application of BIM technology.This paper takes the EPC project of CNOOC Tianjin Marine Equipment Smart Manufacturing Base as a case for study.By utilizing BIM technology to guide on-site construction during the construction process,the project has accelerated the construction schedule and improved construction quality.Through the summation of successful experiences during construction,the paper aims to provide effective references for the construction of subsequent similar projects.
