摘要
目的分析数字化导板技术辅助固定义齿修复对成人牙列缺损患者咬合功能及满意度的影响。方法选取2022年1月至2024年12月于赣州市第五人民医院诊治的106例成人牙列缺损患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为试验组和常规组,每组53例。常规组采用常规固定义齿修复,试验组采用数字化导板技术辅助固定义齿修复。比较两组患者的修复优良率、种植精准度、咬合功能、咀嚼效率、牙周指标、美学效果、并发症发生率、生活质量和满意度。结果试验组患者的修复优良率显著高于常规组(χ^(2)=6.014,P=0.014)。试验组患者的角度偏差、深度偏差、根部偏差、顶部偏差均显著小于常规组(P<0.001)。修复后6个月,试验组患者的咬合力、咀嚼效率、红色美学评分、白色美学评分、满意度评分、中文版口腔健康影响程度量表评分均显著高于常规组,探诊深度、菌斑指数、龈沟出血指数均显著低于常规组(P<0.05)。试验组患者的并发症发生率显著低于常规组(χ^(2)=4.970,P=0.026)结论成人牙列缺损患者采用数字化导板技术辅助固定义齿修复的效果和安全性理想,可提高患者的咬合功能和满意度。
Objective To analyze the impact of digital guide plate technology-assisted fixed dental prosthesis restoration on the occlusal function and satisfaction of adult patients with dentition defects.Methods A total of 106 adult patients with dentition defects who were treated at Ganzhou Fifth People’s Hospital from January 2022 to December 2024 were selected.They were divided into experimental group and conventional group by the random number table method,with 53 cases in each group.The conventional group received conventional fixed dental prostheses for restoration,while the experimental group received digital guide plate technology-assisted fixed dental prosthesis restoration.The repair success rate,implant accuracy,occlusal function,chewing efficiency,periodontal indicators,aesthetic effect,complication rate,quality of life and satisfaction of two groups were compared.Results The excellent repair rate of patients in experimental group was significantly higher than that in conventional group(χ^(2)=6.014,P=0.014).The angle deviation,depth deviation,root deviation and top deviation of patients in experimental group were significantly smaller than those in conventional group(P<0.001).Six months after the restoration,the bite force,chewing efficiency,pink esthetic score,white esthetic score,satisfaction score,and the score of the Chinese version of oral health impact profile of patients in experimental group were significantly higher than those in conventional group,while the probing depth,plaque index,and sulcus bleeding index were significantly lower than those in conventional group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in experimental group was significantly lower than that in conventional group(χ^(2)=4.970,P=0.026).Conclusion The use of digital guide plate technology in the restoration of fixed dentures for patients with adult dentition defects has achieved ideal results and safety,and can improve the patients’occlusal function and satisfaction.
