摘要
目的 本研究旨在通过对比术后常规护理与术后延续护理在袖状胃切除术患者减重管理及生活质量方面的效果差异,为优化和完善护理策略提供科学依据。方法 纳入150例我院收治的行袖状胃切除术治疗的患者,以随机数表法分为对照组和观察组各75例。对照组接受术后常规护理措施,观察组则给予术后延续护理。对比减重效果、心理状态和生活质量。结果 护理后,与对照组相比,观察组体脂率、腰围和体重指数和心理状态评分(SAS、SDS)均明显下降,生活质量评分更高(P<0.05)。结论 在袖状胃切除术患者术后护理中引入延续护理,通过营养干预、心理支持、运动康复、远程监测及多学科协作等综合措施,能够显著改善患者的减重效果、心理状态及生活质量。
Objective This study aims to compare the effects of conventional postoperative care versus continuous postoperative care on weight management and quality of life in patients undergoing sleeve gastrectomy,thereby providing a scientific basis for optimizing and improving nursing strategies.Methods A total of 150 patients who underwent sleeve gastrectomy at our hospital were enrolled and randomly assigned by a random number table method into a control group and an observation group,with 75 patients in each group.The control group received conventional postoperative care,while the observation group received continuous postoperative care.Weight loss,psychological status and quality of life were compared.Results Following the intervention,the observation group demonstrated significantly greater reductions in body fat percentage,waist circumference,and body mass index(BMI)compared to the control group.Additionally,the observation group exhibited significantly lower SAS and SDS scores(indicating improved psychological status)and higher quality of life scores(all P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing continuous postoperative care for patients after sleeve gastrectomy through comprehensive measures including nutritional intervention,psychological support,exercise rehabilitation,remote monitoring,and multidisciplinary collaboration can significantly improve weight loss outcomes,psychological well-being,and overall quality of life.
