摘要
目的探讨老年低视力患者应用跌倒风险评估单的效果。方法选取2020年01月至2021年01月期间,在我院就诊的75例眼科老年低视力患者作为研究对象。采用随机分组的方式,将患者分为常规组(n=37)和观察组(n=38)。常规组接受常规护理措施,而观察组则在眼科护理风险评估单评分的基础上,实施针对性的护理干预。通过比较两组患者的护理结果和护理满意度,评估眼科护理风险评估单的实际应用效果。结果研究结果显示,与常规组相比,观察组患者跌倒、受伤和护理纠纷等不良事件的发生率呈下降趋势。具体来说,常规组的不良事件发生率为13.51%,而观察组没有发生不良事件,两组之间的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。此外,在护理满意度方面,常规组的总满意度为67.57%,而观察组的总满意率高达86.84%,两组之间的差异也具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论本研究表明,眼科护理风险评估单对降低老年低视力患者的受伤风险具有显著作用。通过实施有针对性的护理干预,可以有效减少不良事件的发生,提高患者及家属对护理的满意度,提高整体护理质量。
Objective This study aims to investigate the utility of the ophthalmic nursing fall risk assessment form in enhancing the safety management of patients with low vision.Methods A total of 75 ophthalmic patients treated at our hospital between January 2020 and January 2021 were chosen for this research.These patients were randomly allocated into two groups:a control group(n=37)and an observation group(n=38).The control group underwent standard nursing care,whereas the observation group received customized nursing interventions guided by the ophthalmic nursing risk assessment scores.We assessed the effectiveness of the ophthalmic nursing risk assessment by comparing the nursing outcomes and patient satisfaction levels between the two groups.Results The findings revealed that,in comparison to the control group,the observation group exhibited a reduced incidence of adverse events,including falls,injuries,and nursing disputes.Notably,the control group reported an adverse event rate of 13.51%,whereas the observation group experienced no such events,with the difference between the two groups being statistically significant(P<0.05).Regarding nursing satisfaction,the control group's overall satisfaction rate was 67.57%,while the observation group's rate reached 86.84%,also demonstrating a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusions The research demonstrates that the ophthalmic nursing risk assessment significantly mitigates outpatient risks for patients with low vision.Through tailored nursing interventions,adverse events can be effectively minimized,patient satisfaction with nursing services can be elevated,and the overall quality of nursing care can be enhanced.
