摘要
中国艺术形体损伤诊治学是由何天祥基于中医整体观念和辨证论治原则,结合舞蹈损伤特性而创立的理论体系及实践方法,旨在推动艺术形体损伤诊治学与中医骨伤学的跨学科融合。提出“临场征兆性诊断”新理论,通过动态观察舞者形体姿态、动作轨迹及神情变化预判损伤风险。倡导“医舞结合”核心理念,将舞蹈动作转化为康复手段。实现“征兆诊断-辨证论治-医舞协同”路径早期干预损伤、降低复发率,运用中医诊疗方式治疗损伤,康复期舞蹈功能锻炼同步实现形体维护与损伤恢复,最终达成“好(疗效优,能重返舞台)、快(周期短,以免回功)、美(保形体,避免形体走样)”的整合疗效。何天祥的贡献不仅拓展了中医骨伤学的理论外延,更为艺术形体损伤防治提供了科学范式,对促进艺术形体健康及跨学科创新具有重要学术价值与应用前景。
The Science of Diagnosis and Treatment of Artistic Physical Injuries in China is a theoretical system and practical method founded by He Tianxiang,based on the holistic concept of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and the principle of syndrome differentiation and treatment,combined with the characteristics of dance injuries.It aims to promote the interdisciplinary integration of artistic physical medicine and TCM orthopedics and traumatology.Propose a new theory of"on-site pre-symptomatic diagnosis"to predict the risk of injury by dynamically observing the dancer's body posture,movement trajectory,and expression changes.Advocate the core concept of"combining medicine and dance",and transform dance movements into rehabilitation methods.Implementing the path of"Presymptom diagnosis—syndrome differentiation and treatment—medical dance collaboration"for early intervention of injuries,reducing recurrence rates,using traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment methods to treat injuries,and synchronously achieving physical maintenance and injury recovery through dance function exercise during the rehabilitation period,ultimately achieving an integrated therapeutic effect of"good(excellent therapeutic effect,able to return to the stage),fast(short cycle,avoiding decline in dance ability),and beautiful(protecting the body,avoiding body deformation)".The contribution of He Tianxiang not only expands the theoretical extension of traditional Chinese medicine orthopedics,but also provides a scientific paradigm for the prevention and treatment of artistic physical injuries,which has important academic value and application prospects for promoting artistic body health and interdisciplinary innovation.
