彩绘义齿设计单与数字化设计在可摘局部义齿实验室教学中的联合应用

摘要 目的:本课程将彩绘义齿设计单与数字化支架设计引入课堂,旨在帮助学生在可视化教学过程中更直观地理解可摘局部义齿(RPD)各部件的组成和设计的难点,以期培养学生临床前的临床思维能力,提升学生的设计能力和实践技能。方法:教学对象为2020级上海交通大学口腔医学院本科生,实施义齿设计单彩绘法教学与义齿支架的数字化设计,评价教学前后学生的设计图评分,调查学生对义齿设计的掌握程度和对课程的满意度。结果:学生的设计图评分显著提高,设计图的完整性和合理性显著提升(P<0.05),表明其RPD的设计能力得到了有效提升。该教学方式使大多数学生理解义齿设计的组成(82.86%)、设计步骤(77.15%)、RPD各部件的作用(87.14%),此外,87.14%的学生认为有助于提高自己对RPD设计原则的理解,88.57%的学生对该教学模式的满意度较高。结论:结合二维和三维的多维视觉化教学应用于可摘局部义齿的实验室教学,能够帮助学生更好地理解可摘局部义齿设计,有助于加强可摘局部义齿及其设计的理论教学难点,提高学生临床前的临床思维能力,提升学生的设计能力和实践技能。 Objective:This study introduced hand-painted prosthetic prescription and digital framework design into laboratory teaching,aiming to help students intuitively understand the components and design complexities of removable partial dentures(RPDs)through visual teaching methods.The intervention sought to cultivate preclinical clinical reasoning skills while enhancing students'design capabilities and practical competencies.Methods:Implemented among 2020-grade undergraduate student at Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Stomatology,the pedagogical approach combined hand-painted prosthetic prescription with digital framework design.We assessed students'design scores before and after the teaching intervention and conducted surveys to evaluate their design mastery and course satisfaction.Results:Post-intervention design scores showed significant improvement(P<0.05),indicating enhanced RPD design proficiency.The methodology enabled most participants to comprehend RPD composition(82.86%),design steps(77.15%),and component functions(87.14%).High satisfaction rates were reported(88.57%),with 87.14%acknowledging improved understanding of the design principle.Conclusions:The integration of 2D and 3D visualization techniques in RPD education effectively facilitates students'understanding of RPD design principles.This integrated teaching approach demonstrates potential in developing preclinical clinical reasoning skills and advancing students'design competence and practical operational skills.
