摘要
[目的]探讨茶园施用有机无机复混肥对茶树生长及茶园土壤的影响,为茶园科学施肥提供理论依据和技术参考。[方法]以酸性红壤金观音’茶园为研究对象,设置施用不同有机无机复混肥处理,测定并分析茶叶产量、品质与茶园土壤生物性状。[结果]施用有机无机复混肥后,可促进茶树芽叶生长,显著提高发芽密度、一芽三叶百芽重和茶鲜叶产量;鲜叶产量最高可达5945.25kg/hm^(2),比单独施用复合肥提高25.73%:在品质成分方面,可使乌龙茶的游离氨基酸、水浸出物含量提高,酚氨比降低,茶叶香气和滋味得到改善。[结论]采用60%有机无机复混肥+40%复合肥的施肥方案,对改善酸性红壤茶园土壤生物性状、提高土壤微生物数量和酶活性、提高土壤肥力等效果最佳。
【Objective】To explore the effects of applying organic-inorganic compound fertilizers on tea tree growth and tea garden soil in tea gardens,and provide theoretical basis and technical reference for scientific fertilization in tea gardens.【Method】Taking the′Jin Guanyin′tea tree variety tea garden in the acidic red soil as the research object,different organic-inorganic compound fertilizer treatments were set up,and tea yield,tea quality,biochemical components,and soil biological properties of the tea garden were measured.The experimental data were statistically analyzed.【Result】The application of organic-inorganic compound fertilizer promoted bud and leaf of tea tree growth,significantly increased germination density,weight of one bud and three leaves per hundred buds,and yield of fresh tea leaves.The maximum yield of fresh tea leaves after applying organic-inorganic compound fertilizer reached 5945.25 kg/hm2,representing a 25.73%increase compared to the application of compound fertilizer alone.In terms of quality components,after applying organic-inorganic compound fertilizer,the content of free amino acids and water extract increased,the polyphenol-amino acid ratio decreased,and the aroma and taste of tea were improved.【Conclusion】The fertilization scheme of 60%organicinorganic compound fertilizer+40%compound fertilizer has the best effect on improving soil biological properties,increasing soil microbial quantity and enzyme activity,and enhancing soil fertility in acid red soil tea plantation.
