产品交互设计中硬件与软件的平衡关系研究

摘要 近年来,许多产品在功能实现方面呈现出较为突出的“软件中心化”倾向。本文依据产品交互设计理论,对当前软硬件关系的普遍现象及主要特征加以界定,探讨此种设计倾向所引发的用户异化、社会鸿沟及设计本体性削弱等诸多问题,提出面向未来的反思及设计策略,着重强调以人为中心的交互理念,构建物理智能与数字智能的平衡路径,并且通过设计实践案例,提出重视用户与产品物理交互独立性的观点,以此推动交互设计朝着更加平衡、包容的方向发展。 In recent years,many products have demonstrated a pronounced“software-centric”tendency in functional implementation.Based on product interaction design theory,this paper delineates the common phenomena and key characteristics of current hardware-software relationships,and investigates issues arising from this design direction―such as user alienation,social divides,and the weakening of design authenticity.It proposes future-oriented reflections and design strategies that emphasize a human-centered interaction philosophy and seek to construct a balanced integration of physical and digital intelligence.Through practical design cases,this study advocates a renewed emphasis on the independence of physical interaction between users and products,thereby promoting a more balanced and inclusive development path for interaction design.
