在平面波干涉场中基于侧向光力的手性微粒分选

摘要 基于光力的手性分选方法具有非接触、低损伤、高精度等优势。本文借助平面波干涉光场诱导的侧向光力,实现了偶极手性微粒的光学分选,并基于偶极近似理论下的光力解析式揭示了该侧向光力的物理起源。研究结果表明,手性微粒受到的侧向光力来源于手性与光学涡旋相互作用时产生的涡旋力,以及磁的自旋角动量密度与手性相互耦合时引起的自旋力。涡旋力与自旋力都是手性力,即微粒的手性逆转时,侧向光力的方向也随之逆转,从而将相反手性微粒推往相反的方向,以此实现手性分选。此外,通过合理调控平面波的入射角度,可以灵活地切换手性微粒上侧向光力的方向。本研究提供了一种使用侧向光力来进行手性微粒分选的方案,进一步拓展了光学操控技术的应用场景。 The chirality sorting approach based on optical forces offers advantages like non-contact,minimal damage,and high precision.In this paper,optical sorting of dipole chiral particles was achieved with the help of lateral optical force induced by plane-wave interference light field,and the physical origin of this lateral optical force was revealed based on the analytical expression of the optical force under the dipole approximation.The results show that the lateral optical force on chiral particles originates from the vortex force generated by the interaction between chirality and optical vortices as well as the spin force induced by the magnetic spin angular momentum density coupled with chirality.Vortex forces and spin forces are chiral forces,meaning that when the chirality of a particle is reversed,the direction of the lateral optical forces also reverses,hence pushing the opposite chiral particles in the opposite direction,leading to the chiral sorting.In addition,the direction of the lateral optical force on chiral particles can be flexibly switched by rationally tuning the angle of incidence of the plane wave.This study provides a scenario for chiral particle sorting using lateral optical forces,which further enriches the application of optical manipulation techniques.
