摘要
针对10 kV配电网线路因绝缘子线夹脱落导致的导线脱出故障,传统处理方法需停电作业,存在操作风险高、复电时间长、消缺效率低等问题。为此,提出一种基于杠杆增力与轮轴传动原理的带电应急复位装置,通过集成绝缘操作杆、高清可视摄像头、自锁绞盘及S型钩的组合系统,实现导线在不停电状态下的快速、安全、精准临时固定。实验结果表明:本文装置平均复位操作时间控制在15 min以内,显著提升缺陷处置效率,有效减少用户停电时长,从而提高配电网供电可靠性。
Traditional methods for handling conductor detachment faults caused by insulator clamp detachment in 10 kV distribution network lines require power outages,resulting in high operational risks,long restoration times,and low efficiency.Therefore,a live-line emergency reset device based on lever amplification and wheel-axle transmission principles is proposed.This device integrates an insulated operating rod,a high-definition video camera,a self-locking winch,and an S-hook to achieve rapid,safe,and precise temporary fixation of the conductor without power interruption.Experimental results show that the average reset operation time is controlled within 15 min,significantly improving defect handling efficiency,effectively reducing power outage time for users,and thus enhancing the reliability of the distribution network.
