基于多传感器数据融合的非侵入式电量分项测量方法

Non-intrusive sub-item power measurement method based on multi-sensor data fusion

摘要 为实现电力系统用户侧能耗的精准测量,对传统非侵入式负载监测方法进行了改进。该方法引用多传感器构建高精度测量系统,采用融合策略以进一步提升分项的测量精度,并实验模拟了真实的用户用电场景。结果显示:该方法在稳态条件下对不同负载的静态测量误差控制良好,白炽灯、LED灯、笔记本电脑以及空调所对应误差分别为0.2%、0.33%、-0.46%和-0.50%;在环境温度适应性测试上,启用温度补偿模式下,测量误差在±0.25%以内。模拟办公室场景中用户的用电情况,结果显示,各负载的分项测量准确率均在95%以上。因此,该方法能够较好地实现电力系统用户端各分项能耗的精确测量。 To achieve precise measurement of energy consumption on the user side of the power system and achieve refined management.Research has improved traditional non-invasive load monitoring methods.Firstly,using multiple sensors to construct a high-precision measurement system.Then,based on this,a fusion strategy is adopted to further improve the measurement accuracy of sub items.The experiment simulated real user electricity scenarios,and the results showed that the proposed method had good control over static measurement errors of different loads under steady-state conditions.Among them,the corresponding errors for incandescent lamps,LED lamps,laptops,and air conditioners are 0.2%,0.33%,-0.46%,and-0.50%,respectively.In addition,in the environmental temperature adaptability test,when the temperature compensation mode is enabled,the measurement error is only within±0.25%.Furthermore,the experiment simulated the electricity consumption of users in an office setting,and the results showed that the accuracy of sub item measurements for each load was above 95%.Based on the above,it can be considered that the method proposed by the research institute can achieve accurate measurement of energy consumption in various sub items at the user end of the power system.
