摘要
传统的配电网智慧防汛监测点位的布设多采用单向结构,难以实现高效协同,导致防汛响应效率偏低,预测结果偏差显著增大。为此,提出一种基于数字孪生的配电网智慧防汛技术,并开展其应用研究。首先,面对当前防汛业务需求,构建多点位协同的实时数据采集与集成处理机制,部署智能化、分布式的防汛监测节点,以提升数据获取的全面性与响应效率。在此基础上,建立数字孪生驱动的配电网智慧防汛模型,通过自动化监测与预警机制实现防汛过程的智能感知、动态仿真与辅助决策。实验结果表明:相较于流域级智慧防汛执行方法和基于深度学习的防汛图像可视化方法,所提出的数字孪生配网智慧防汛方法在预测精度方面表现更优,预测偏差均被有效控制在15 mm以内。这表明该方法在数字孪生技术支撑下,不仅提升了防汛预测的准确性与适应性,还优化了智慧防汛的整体架构与运行机制,显著增强了配电网防汛处置的效率与韧性。
Traditional smart flood control monitoring points in distribution networks are often deployed in a unidirectional structure,which makes efficient collaboration difficult,resulting in low flood control response efficiency and significantly increased prediction deviations.Therefore,this paper proposes a digital twin-based smart flood control technology for distribution networks and conducts application research.First,to meet current flood control operational needs,a multi-point collaborative real-time data acquisition and integrated processing mechanism is constructed,and intelligent,distributed flood control monitoring nodes are deployed to improve the comprehensiveness of data acquisition and response efficiency.Based on this,a digital twin-driven smart flood control model for distribution networks is established,achieving intelligent perception,dynamic simulation,and decision support for the flood control process through automated monitoring and early warning mechanisms.Experimental results show that compared with watershed-level smart flood control execution methods and deep learning-based flood control image visualization methods,the proposed digital twin-based smart flood control method for distribution networks exhibits superior prediction accuracy,with prediction deviations effectively controlled within 15 mm.This indicates that,supported by digital twin technology,this method not only improves the accuracy and adaptability of flood forecasting,but also optimizes the overall architecture and operation mechanism of smart flood control,significantly enhancing the efficiency and resilience of flood control response in the power distribution network.
