BIM+物联网技术在输变电工程智能检查中的应用

Application of BIM+Internet of Things technology in intelligent inspection of power transmission projects

摘要 为提升输变电工程施工监理复核的精度和效率,解决传统人工方式效率低下、易出错的问题,提出一种融合建筑信息模型(BIM)与物联网技术的智能监理复核方法。首先部署多种物联网传感器实时采集施工过程数据,针对数值型数据采用独热编码进行处理,对图像数据进行匀光匀色等预处理;进而基于BIM与骨架设计方法构建工程的三维模型,并通过坐标变换实现施工数据与BIM模型构件的动态关联;在此基础上构建多层次规则库,实现施工过程的自动化审查及偏差识别。以某220 kV架空输电线路工程为例开展实验验证,结果表明:该方法可有效识别0.2 mm以内的设备安装偏差,监理复核任务周期稳定在30 d以内,相较于传统方法及其他智能方法,在识别精度和工作效率上均展现出明显优势。本研究为输变电工程施工质量控制提供了一种可靠的技术手段,对于推动电力工程监理向数字化、智能化方向发展具有积极意义。 In order to improve the accuracy and efficiency of construction supervision review of power transmission and transformation projects,and to solve the problems of low efficiency and error-prone of traditional manual methods,this study proposes an intelligent supervision review method combining Building Information Modeling(BIM)and Internet of Things(IoT)technology.Firstly,multiple types of Internet of Things sensors are deployed to collect real-time construction process data,and the numerical data are processed by using heat-independent coding,and the image data are preprocessed by uniform lighting and color correction;Then,based on BIM and skeleton design principles,the three-dimensional engineering model is constructed,and the dynamic correlation is established between construction data and model components is realized through coordinate transformation;On this basis,a multi-level rule base is constructed to realize the automatic review and deviation identification in the construction process.Using a 220 kV overhead transmission line project as an example,the experimental verification was conducted.The results show that this method can effectively identify the equipment installation deviation within 0.2 mm,and the supervision review task cycle is stable within 30 d.Compared with traditional methods and other intelligent methods,it demonstrates obvious advantages in identification accuracy and work efficiency.This study provides a reliable technical means for the construction quality control of power transmission and transformation projects,and has a positive significance in promoting the development of the digitalization and intelligentization of power engineering supervision.
