摘要
在机械状态监测、过程控制预测和航空航天等工业领域,压电陶瓷传感器(Piezoelectric Ceramic Sensor,PCS)因其优异的动态响应特性,得到广泛的应用。但其输出信号为毫伏级别,易受到外部电磁干扰的影响,难以实现有效提取和长距离传输。为此,对提升PCS在复杂电磁环境下的信号质量和传输稳定性进行了研究。通过构建理论模型推导出PCS的等效电容计算公式,并利用COMSOL多物理场仿真软件构建有限元模型,以降低等效电容对输出信号的干扰。此外,基于Multisim平台设计了针对微弱压电信号的放大与滤波电路,以提高信号调理性能。研究结果表明,所提仿真模型确定了5.12 MHz的最优模态频率,接口电路在300 Hz~3 kHz频段内实现了高保真提取,且滤波器阻带衰减达-40 dB/dec。该方案能够显著抑制噪声干扰,为PCS在恶劣工业环境的可靠应用提供了量化的理论依据和设计方法。
PCS are widely used in industrial fields such as mechanical condition monitoring,process control prediction,and aerospace due to their excellent dynamic response characteristics.However,their output signals are at the millivolt level,making them susceptible to external electromagnetic interference,which hinders effective extraction and long-distance transmission.Therefore,this paper studies ways to improve the signal quality and transmission stability of PCS in complex electromagnetic environments.A theoretical model is constructed to derive the formula for calculating the equivalent capacitance of PCS,and a finite element model is built using COMSOL multiphysics simulation software to reduce the interference of the equivalent capacitance on the output signal.Furthermore,an amplification and filtering circuit for weak piezoelectric signals is designed based on the Multisim platform to improve signal conditioning performance.The results show that the proposed simulation model determines the optimal mode frequency of 5.12 MHz,the interface circuit achieves high-fidelity extraction in the 300 Hz~3 kHz frequency band,and the filter stopband attenuation reaches-40 dB/dec.This scheme can significantly suppress noise interference,providing a quantitative theoretical basis and design method for the reliable application of PCS in harsh industrial environments.
