水电机组定子绕组绝缘过低的成因分析与处理

摘要 定子绕组绝缘过低是水轮发电机的重大安全隐患。根据某水电站机组定子绕组试验放电的现象和试验数据,结合水轮发电机的结构特点,判断定子绝缘过低主要原因是定、转子绕组绝缘受潮,并采取投加热器辅助空载烘干方法处理绝缘受潮,使机组绝缘恢复正常。实践效果表明了该方法的有效性。 Low insulation of stator windings is a major safety hazard for hydro-turbine generators.Based on the discharge phenomena and the test data from the stator winding tests of a hydro-turbine unit,and considering the structural characteristics of hydro-turbine generators,it is determined that the major reason for the low stator insulation is the damp of the stator and rotor winding insulation.Then,a non-load operation drying method assisted with heaters is adopted to treat and restore the damp insulation.The practical results verifies the effectiveness of the proposed method.
