摘要
目的:探讨叙事护理对系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者心理危机水平、应对方式的影响。方法:选取2024年3月—2025年3月收入的SLE患者80例,随机分为研究组40例与常规组40例,研究组实施叙事护理,常规组实施常规护理;比较两组感知压力[采用中文版压力知觉量表(CPSS-14)]、心理危机水平[采用危机干预TAF三维评估表(TAF)]、希望水平[采用Herth希望量表(HHI)]、疾病活动度[采用系统性红斑狼疮疾病活动度评分(SLEDAI-2000)]、应对方式[采用医学应对问卷(MCMQ)]。结果:干预后,研究组CPSS-14、TAF评分均低于常规组(P<0.01),HHI评分高于常规组(P<0.01),MCMQ中面对评分高于常规组(P<0.01),屈服与回避评分低于常规组(P<0.01)。结论:对SLE患者实施叙事护理能减轻压力感知,降低心理危机水平,提升希望水平,促进积极应对。
Objective:To explore the effect of narrative nursing on the level of psychological crisis and coping style in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE).Methods:A total of 80 SLE patients were divided into a study group and a routine group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The study group was given narrative nursing,and the routine group was given routine nursing care.The perceived stress[Chinese Perceived Stress Scale(CPSS-14)],psychological crisis level[TAF 3-dimensional crisis assessment form(TAF)],level of hope[Herth Hope Index(HHI)],disease activity[Systemic Lupus Erythematosus Disease Activity Index(SLEDAI-2000)]and coping style[Medical Coping Modes Questionnaire(MCMQ)]were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the scores of CPSS-14 and TAF in the study group were lower than those in the routine group(P<0.01),the HHI score was higher than the routine group(P<0.01),the confrontation score in MCMQ was higher than that in the routine group(P<0.01),and the resignation and avoidance scores were lower than those in the routine group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Narrative nursing can reduce the perceived stress and the level of psychological crisis of SLE patients,and can improve their level of hope and positive coping style.
