摘要
医学生专业承诺对医学教育质量和医疗卫生人才培养至关重要。本文详细阐述了专业承诺的概念,从个体内部、家庭环境、医校教育和社会环境等方面出发,系统性探讨了医学生专业承诺的影响因素,同时对现有培养策略进行总结,旨在为今后制订更为有效的干预方案以提升医学生的专业承诺水平、优化医学教育提供参考。
Professional commitment of medical students is crucial to the quality of medical education and the cultivation of medical and health talents.This paper elaborates on the concept of professional commitment,systematically explores the influencing factors of medical students’professional commitment from the four aspects of individual internal factors,family environment,medical school education,and social environment,and summarizes the existing cultivation strategies.It aims to provide references for formulating more effective intervention programs to improve the professional commitment level of medical students and optimize medical education in the future.
