摘要
在新质生产力发展背景下,创新人才培养成为高等教育服务国家战略的核心任务。地球系统科学作为一门依赖实验观测的交叉学科,其人才培养须以大型仪器平台为纽带,实现科研资源与教学实践的深度融合。本文以天津大学地球系统科学学院大型仪器平台为例,系统阐述平台在课程体系构建、实训模式创新、管理机制优化等方面的实践举措,以及其在提升学生实践能力、科研素养和培养学生国际视野等方面取得的成效,为高等教育领域依托科研平台推动人才培养模式创新提供实践参考。
Against the backdrop of the development of new productive forces,cultivating innovative talents has become a core task for higher education to serve national strategies.As an interdisciplinary subject relying on experimental observation,the talent cultivation of Earth system science needs to take large-scale instrument platforms as a link to realize the in-depth integration of scientific research resources and teaching practice.Taking the large-scale instrument platform of the School of Earth System Science,Tianjin University as an example,this paper systematically expounds the practical measures of the platform in aspects such as curriculum system construction,training mode innovation,and management mechanism optimization,as well as its effects in improving students’practical ability,scientific research literacy,and international perspective.It provides practical reference for promoting the innovation of talent cultivation modes relying on scientific research platforms in the field of higher education.
