摘要
采用TACTILUS人体压力分布测量系统,分析不同零重力档位下按摩椅靠背倾角对人体背部压力分布的影响。通过32名健康青年受试者,分析了初始状态(47°)及零重力1档(32°)、2档(22°)和3档(12°)下的平均压力、接触面积、压力梯度等指标。结果表明:随着倾角减小,背部压力重心从臀部逐渐上移至肩部,按摩球和腰部中间区域的压力显著增加,尤其在零重力1档表现最为明显。体型差异分析显示,身高是影响压力分布的核心因素,而体重和BMI的作用有限。基于此,建议零重力1档作为关键设计档位,并针对不同身高用户优化倾角调节范围,以进一步提升用户体验,为零重力按摩椅的设计优化提供理论基础。
This study utilizes the TACTILUS human body pressure distribution measurement system to analyze the effects of backrest recline angles at different zero-gravity levels on back pressure distribution in massage chairs.A total of 32 healthy young participants were assessed across four conditions:the initial state(47°)and zero-gravity levels 1(32°),2(22°),and 3(12°),focusing on indicators such as mean pressure,contact area,and pressure gradient.The results indicated that as the recline angle decreases,the pressure center shifts upward from the hips to the shoulders,with significant pressure increases observed in the middle back and lumbar regions,particularly under zero-gravity level 1.Body type analysis reveals that height is the primary factor influencing pressure distribution,while weight and BMI have limited effects.Based on these findings,zerogravity level 1 is recommended as a key design setting.Additionally,optimizing the recline adjustment range for users of different heights can further enhance user experience,providing a theoretical basis for the ergonomic design of zero-gravity massage chairs.
