摘要
随着岩心勘探钻孔深度不断加深,钻机向着超深孔能力的方向发展,同时也对配套泥浆泵的能力提出了新的要求。针对超深孔岩心勘探的工艺需求,本文中开发的超深孔地质岩心钻探配套泥浆泵采用了变频调速+两挡变速的传动方案,降低了配套功率约40%;采用组合式锻件曲轴,保证强度同时简化工艺;采用易拆卸柱塞密封结构,方便维护;采用直通式液力端结构,过流性能好,结构紧凑。该泵研制后进行了性能试验,各项数据达到了行业标准要求,填补了深孔钻探配套泥浆泵的空白,对推动地勘行业的技术升级有重要意义。
With the deepening of core exploration drilling depth,the development of drilling machine to ultra-deep hole capacity puts forward new requirements for the capacity of mud pump.According to the technical requirements of ultra-deep hole core exploration,the authors of this paper adopts the transmission scheme of variable frequency speed control and two speed change for the supporting mud pump to reduce the matching power by about 40%,combined forged crankshaft to ensure strength while simplifying process,easy-to-remove plunger seal structure for convenient maintenance,and straight-through hydraulic end to have good flow performance and compact structure.After development,pump performance test was carried out.All data met the industry standard requirements,filling the gap of mud pump for deep hole drilling,which is of great significance for promoting the technological upgrading of the geological prospecting industry.
