菌根菌剂施用对设施南瓜生长及土壤养分的影响

Effects of Mycorrhizal Agent Application on Growth of Pumpkin andSoil Nutrients in Greenhouse

摘要 为探讨菌根菌剂对设施南瓜生长及土壤养分状况的影响,以南瓜品种灰姑娘为供试作物,设置对照(CK)和菌根菌剂处理(BioF)开展研究。结果表明,BioF处理显著促进南瓜生长,株高、单果质量、产量分别增加30.58%、53.24%、47.78%;果实可溶性糖含量提升78.96%,但硝酸盐含量有所增加,可溶性蛋白含量无显著变化。BioF处理使土壤电导率显著下降,有效降低盐分积累;土壤铵态氮、有效铁、有效锰及水溶性钙含量上升,硝态氮、速效钾、有效硼及水溶性钾含量下降。微生物群落分析结果表明,BioF处理提高了土壤细菌的丰富度和均匀度,降低了真菌多样性;细菌中芽孢杆菌属等优势菌属丰度增加,真菌中被孢霉门及有益菌属(如毛壳菌属、头束霉属)丰度显著提升,子囊菌门及致病相关类群占比下降。 In order to investigate the effects of mycorrhizal agent on the growth of pumpkin and soil nutrient status in greenhouse,the pumpkin cultivar Cinderella was used as the test crop,and the control(CK)and mycorrhizal agent treatment(BioF)were set up to carry out the research.The results showed that BioF treatment significantly promoted the growth of pumpkin,and the plant height,single fruit weight and yield increased by 30.58%,53.24%and 47.78%,respectively.The soluble sugar content of fruit increased by 78.96%,while the nitrate content increased,and the soluble protein content did not change significantly.BioF treatment significantly decreased soil conductivity and effectively reduced salt accumulation.The contents of ammonium nitrogen,available iron,available manganese and water-soluble calcium in soil increased,while the contents of nitrate nitrogen,available potassium,available boron and water-soluble potassium decreased.The results of microbial community analysis showed that BioF treatment improved the richness and evenness of soil bacteria and reduced the fungal diversity.The abundance of dominant bacteria such as Bacillus increased,the abundance of Mortierella and beneficial fungal genera(such as Chaetomium and Cephalosporium)increased significantly,and the proportion of Ascomycetes and pathogenic related groups decreased.
