摘要
以某新建双聚库房项目火车站台大悬挑雨棚结构的工程设计为例,采用圆管柱、斜撑、变截面梁和根部加腋等优化措施,对整体结构和单元构件进行计算分析。以悬臂梁力学模型为理论支撑,结合工程实际参数,对雨棚主要承重钢梁的强度、稳定性和挠度进行验算。在此基础上,进一步梳理并阐述大悬挑雨棚在结构选型、节点构造和荷载取值等方面的设计要点,明确施工过程中的关键构造措施与注意事项。
Taking the actual project of the large cantilever canopy structure of an industrial railway platform as an example,this paper adopts structural optimization measures such as circular tube columns,diagonal braces,variable-section beams,and haunches at the beam roots,and conducts calculation and analysis on the overall structure and unit components.With the classical mechanical model of cantilever beams as the theoretical support,combined with the actual engineering parameters,the strength,stability,and deflection of the main load-bearing steel beams of the canopy are checked.On this basis,the paper further sorts out and expounds the design key points of the large cantilever canopy in terms of structural selection,joint construction,and load calculation,clarifies the key structural measures and precautions in the construction process,and provides theoretical reference and practical guidance for the structural design of similar projects.
