阴离子表面活性剂掩蔽优化阳极溶出伏安法铊检测精度

Optimizing the Detection Accuracy of Thallium Ions Based on Anodic Stripping Voltammetry Using Anionic Surfactants as Masking Agents

摘要 铊(Tl)是一种剧毒重金属,其准确检测对环境保护和公共卫生至关重要。阳极溶出伏安法(ASV)因其高灵敏度被广泛采用,但共存重金属(如镉、铅)的峰重叠干扰严重影响检测准确性。本研究以阴离子表面活性剂(EDTA)作为掩蔽剂开展系列实验。研究表明,在特定条件下,该方法可有效减少干扰、提高检测精度,为实际检测工作提供了有价值的参考。 Thallium(Tl)is a highly toxic heavy metal,and its accurate detection is crucial for environmental protection and public health.Anodic stripping voltammetry(ASV)is widely used due to its high sensitivity.However,the peak overlap interference from coexisting heavy metals(such as cadmium and lead)seriously affects the detection accuracy.In this study,a series of experiments were carried out using an anionic surfactant(EDTA)as a masking agent.The research shows that under specific conditions,this method can effectively reduce interference and improve detection accuracy,providing valuable references for practical detection work.
