摘要
中非铜钴矿带某矿种有价金属为铜和钴,Cu品位为2.19%,Co品位为0.26%,基本都以氧化物形式存在,本研究通过多组浸出条件试验优化条件参数,最终在常温、磨矿细度-0.074mm68.93%、pH值~1.0、液固比约2.5:1、最终溶液电位380mV、浸出时间8h条件下进行了综合扩大试验,Cu浸出率为92.96%,Co浸出率为74.04%。
In a certain deposit within the Central African Copper-Cobalt Belt,the valuable metals are copper and cobalt,with grades of 2.19%Cu and 0.26%Co,predominantly existing in oxidized forms.This study optimized leaching condition parameters through multiple sets of leaching condition tests.Ultimately,a comprehensive pilot-scale test was conducted under the following optimized conditions:ambient temperature,grinding fineness of-0.074 mm at 68.93%,pH≈1.0,liquid-solid ratio of approximately 2.5:1,final solution potential of 380 mV,and leaching time of 8 hours.Under these conditions,the copper leaching rate reached 92.96%and the cobalt leaching rate was 74.04%.
