基于压水试验的矿山帷幕注浆效果评价——以新桥矿为例

摘要 铜化集团所属的新桥矿,作为以硫磺为主要矿产资源的大型矿山,同时伴生多种金属元素。该矿采用露天与地下联合开采模式,展现出显著的生产规模与经济效益。然而,矿坑涌水量巨大,构成典型的大型水矿山。其水文地质条件极为复杂,对矿山开采构成严峻挑战。为预防井下开采过程中的水害事故,新桥矿实施了一系列有效措施。关键工程之一是在露天坑边坡外侧实施地表近矿体的帷幕注浆工程。该工程通过在地表与矿体间注入特定浆液,形成屏障,有效减少地下水向工作面的补给,从根本上解决井下开采中涌水量过大的问题,显著提升矿山安全性和稳定性。这些措施的实施不仅提高了生产效率,还确保了矿山长期可持续发展的目标实现。这不仅为铜化集团带来显著经济效益,也为矿业行业树立了成功典范。新桥矿通过科学合理的开采与管理,在确保安全生产的同时,为社会提供宝贵矿产资源,对国家经济发展作出积极贡献。 Xinqiao Mine,affiliated to Tonghua Group,is a large-scale mine with sulfur as its main mineral resource,and it also generates a variety of metal elements.This mine adopts a combined open-pit and underground mining model,demonstrating remarkable production scale and economic benefits.However,the water inflow in the mine pit is huge,forming a typical large-scale water mine.Its hydrogeological conditions are extremely complex,posing a severe challenge to mining.To prevent water hazard accidents during underground mining,Xinqiao Mine has implemented a series of effective measures.One of the key projects is to carry out the curtain grouting work on the surface near the ore body on the outside of the open-pit slope.This project effectively reduces the recharge of groundwater to the working face by injecting specific slurry between the surface and the ore body to form a barrier,fundamentally solving the problem of excessive water inflow in underground mining and significantly enhancing the safety and stability of the mine.The implementation of these measures not only enhanced production efficiency but also ensured the realization of the long-term sustainable development goals of the mine.This not only brought significant economic benefits to Tonghua Group,but also set a successful example for the mining industry.Through scientific and reasonable mining and management,Xinqiao Mine not only ensures safe production but also provides valuable mineral resources to society and makes positive contributions to the country's economic development.
