南京宝塔山露天矿创建国家级绿色矿山的实践

摘要 绿色矿山是指在矿产资源开发全过程中,实施科学有序的开采利用,对矿区及周边生态环境扰动控制在可控制范围内,实现矿区环境生态化、开采方式科学化、资源利用高效化、企业管理规范化和矿区社区和谐化。南京宝塔山露天矿通过绿色矿山建设,在提高资源利用效率、企业经济效益、社会环境效益等多方面实现了有机统一,国家级绿色矿山品牌向社会彰显矿山企业正面形象。同时,宝塔山矿区绿色矿山建设案例,在绿色开采、节约利用、改善环境、运营模式、降本增效、矿地和谐等方面,向矿产资源开发的业界同行,提供了可复制、可推广的绿色发展模式。 A green mine refers to a mining operation that adopts scientific and orderly mining practice throughout the entire process of mineral resource development,it aims to keep the disturbance to the mining area and surrounding ecological environment within a controllable range,achieving ecological environmental protection in the mining area,scientific mining methods,efficient resource utilization,standardized enterprise management,and harmonious community relations in the mining area.Through the construction of green mines,the Baota Mountain open-pit mine in Nanjing City has achieved organic unity in improving resource utilization efficiency,enterprise economic benefits,social and environmental benefits,and other aspects.The national green mine brand showcases the positive image of mining enterprises to society.At the same time,the green mining construction case of Baota Mountain mining area provides a replicable and promotable green development model for the peers in the mineral resource development industry in terms of green mining,conservation and utilization,environmental improvement,operation mode,cost reduction and efficiency improvement,and harmonious mining land.
