基于金矿地质勘查的现状及找矿难度分析

摘要 金矿地质勘查作为资源安全保障的核心环节,当前面临地表矿资源日益枯竭、深部探测技术瓶颈、复杂地质条件制约等多重挑战。通过系统分析全球及中国金矿勘查投入与成果、技术应用现状、队伍结构、管理体系及国际合作,揭示了勘查工作向深部、难识别矿体转移的迫切性。研究指出,深部探测精度不足、成本持续攀升、环保政策趋严等因素显著增加了找矿难度。针对这些问题,提出创新勘查理论方法、提升技术装备水平、优化管理体系、加强人才培养、推进绿色勘查等突破策略,旨在为金矿勘查提供理论指导和实践路径,以应对资源枯竭与可持续发展之间的矛盾,推动勘查工作向高效、精准、环保方向转型。 As the core link of resource security,geological exploration of gold mines is currently facing multiple challenges such as increasingly depleted surface mineral resources,technological bottlenecks in deep exploration,and complex geological conditions.Through systematic analysis of global and Chinese gold exploration investment and achievements,technological application status,team structure,management system,and international cooperation,the urgency of transferring exploration work to deep and difficult to identify ore bodies has been revealed.Research has pointed out that factors such as insufficient precision in deep exploration,continuously rising costs,and stricter environmental policies have significantly increased the difficulty of mineral exploration.In response to these issues,innovative exploration theories and methods,improvement of technical equipment level,optimization of management system,strengthening of talent cultivation,and promotion of green exploration are proposed as breakthrough strategies,aiming to provide theoretical guidance and practical paths for gold exploration,to address the contradiction between resource depletion and sustainable development,and to promote the transformation of exploration work towards efficiency,precision,and environmental protection.
