固体矿产勘查钻探施工技术优化与效率提升对策研究

摘要 作为固体矿产勘查的核心技术,钻探施工的质量和效率直接影响到勘查数据的准确性、资源储量估算的可信度以及整个工程的工期和成本控制效果。目前,我国固体矿产勘查钻探面临着对复杂地质条件适应性差、钻进效率低、孔斜控制困难、事故发生率高等突出问题,制约着勘查工作科学化和高效率发展。本文针对固体矿产勘查钻探施工关键技术环节展开系统分析,围绕装备选型、钻孔工艺优化、钻孔结构设计、钻孔倾角及事故防控等关键问题,提出针对性的技术优化方案和增效措施。采用高效钻进技术,优化钻进参数,完善质量控制系统,并结合工程实例验证,使钻进效率提高25%~35%,孔斜合格率提高98%以上,钻进事故发生率下降60%,勘查周期缩短15%~20%。本文的研究成果将为我国固体矿产资源勘查与开发提供技术借鉴,促进我国矿产资源勘查向高精度、高效率、低成本方向发展。 As a core technology in solid mineral exploration,the quality and efficiency of drilling directly affect the accuracy of exploration data,the reliability of resource reserve estimates,as well as the schedule and cost control of the entire project.At present,solid mineral exploration drilling in China faces prominent issues such as poor adaptability to complex geological conditions,low drilling efficiency,difficulties in borehole deviation control,and high incidence of accidents,which restrict the scientific and efficient development of exploration work.This study systematically analyzes the key technical aspects of solid mineral exploration drilling,focusing on equipment selection,drilling process optimization,borehole structure design,borehole inclination,and accident prevention and control.Targeted technical optimization schemes and efficiency-enhancing measures are proposed.By adopting high-efficiency drilling technology,optimizing drilling parameters,and improving the quality control system,combined with engineering case validation,drilling efficiency is increased by 25%~35%,borehole compliance rate exceeds 98%,drilling accident rate decreases by 60%,and the exploration cycle is shortened by 15%~20%.The research results of this paper will provide technical reference for China’s solid mineral resource exploration and development,promoting high-precision,high-efficiency,and low-cost advancement in mineral resource exploration.
