钨多金属矿绿色开采中充填工艺优化与智能化监控系统构建

摘要 我国是世界上最大的钨生产国,钨多金属矿的储量和产量都占据重要地位,目前钨多金属矿的绿色开采已成为衡量矿山可持续发展的核心指标。本文结合柿竹园钨矿实例,提出以胶结全尾砂为核心的优化充填工艺路径,并配套构建智能监控系统,对料浆浓度、流速等关键参数进行动态调节。通过现场试验和力学仿真,验证了配比优化的可行性和工程适应性。系统运行数据显示,充填作业稳定性与资源利用率显著提升,料浆输送中断频率下降、响应速度提升,尾矿减排成效明显,具备良好的推广价值。 China is the world's largest producer of tungsten,and its tungsten polymetallic ore reserves and output hold a critical position globally.At present,the green mining of tungsten polymetallic deposits has become a core indicator of sustainable mine development.This study,based on the case of the Shizhuyuan tungsten mine,addresses the challenges of stope backfilling and tailings utilization under complex orebody conditions.An optimized filling process using cemented total tailings is proposed,encompassing tailings thickening,slurry mixing,long-distance pipeline transport,and intelligent monitoring.Verified by mix proportion tests and mechanical simulations,the optimized parameters demonstrate good adaptability to site conditions.The constructed monitoring system enables real-time regulation of slurry concentration and flow rate,significantly improving transport stability and resource utilization efficiency,showing strong potential for broader application.
