摘要
锑金精矿富含金、银、铜等有价金属,是重要的稀散金属资源。采用鼓风炉挥发熔炼技术提取锑金精矿中有价金属,具有金属回收率高、环境友好、能耗低等优势,是实现锑金资源高效清洁利用的关键技术。本文分析了鼓风炉挥发熔炼锑金精矿工艺的重要价值,剖析了当前应用中存在的温控不稳定、矿相复杂导致回收率波动、设备腐蚀等技术难题,并从精准控温、科学配料、新材料防腐、节能降耗、自动化智控等方面提出了优化创新策略,以期为锑金冶炼行业转型升级提供参考。
Antimony gold concentrate is rich in valuable metals such as gold,silver and copper,and is an important resource of rare and dispersed metals.The extraction of valuable metals from antimony gold concentrate by using the blast furnace volatilization smelting technology has the advantages of high metal recovery rate,environmental friendliness and low energy consumption.It is a key technology for achieving efficient and clean utilization of antimony gold resources.This paper analyzes the significant value of the volatile smelting process of antimony gold concentrate in blast furnaces,dissect the technical problems existing in the current application,such as unstable temperature control,fluctuations in recovery rate due to complex ore phases,and equipment corrosion.It also proposes optimization and innovation strategies from aspects such as precise temperature control,scientific batching,anti-corrosion of new materials,energy conservation and consumption reduction,and automated intelligent control.With the aim of providing a reference for the transformation and upgrading of the antimony gold smelting industry.
