数字孪生技术驱动的智慧物流实验教学体系构建——基于极智嘉HyperCube实验室的实践与探索

摘要 针对智慧物流行业复合型人才培养与传统实验教学模式间的矛盾,文中在数字孪生技术的基础上提出建设智慧物流实验教学体系。以极智嘉建设HyperCube实验室作为研究案例,解析数字孪生技术在虚实映射教学、数据驱动决策训练、跨学科协同创新中的核心价值,构建“基础认知—技术应用—综合实践—创新探索”四级课程体系,创新CDIO教学模式与“双师型”教学团队构建。最后,结合潍坊职业学院与极智嘉、中物联讯的合作实践,验证该体系在课程建设、竞赛成果及就业质量提升中的成效,并探讨其技术瓶颈与优化路径,以期为智慧物流实验教学改革提供理论与实践参考。 In view of the contradiction between the cultivation of interdisciplinary talents in the smart logistics industry and the traditional experiment teaching mode,this paper proposes a smart logistics experiment teaching system based on digital twin technology.Taking Geek+HyperCube Laboratory as a case study,it analyzes the core value of digital twin technology in virtual-real mapping teaching,data-driven decision-making training,and interdisciplinary collaborative innovation.A four-level curriculum system of basic cognition,technical application,comprehensive practice,and innovative exploration is constructed,and the CDIO teaching mode and the double-qualified teaching team construction are innovated.Finally,combined with the cooperation practice of Weifang Vocational College with Geek+and China Logistics Information Technology,the effectiveness of this system in curriculum construction,competition achievements and employment quality improvement is verified,and the technical bottlenecks and optimization paths are discussed,thus providing theoretical and practical references for the reform of smart logistics experiment teaching.
