螺栓联接结构轴向拉伸刚度研究

摘要 针对受预紧力和外载荷共同作用的螺栓联接结构轴向拉伸刚度问题,根据螺栓结构的受力特点提出等效模型,将复杂的接触问题转化为简单的材料力学问题。通过对单螺栓平面应变模型和多螺栓三维实体模型进行仿真实验,得到该等效模型不仅可以定性分析预紧力和外载荷对螺栓联接刚度的影响规律,而且可以将其进行定量描述,结果具有较高精度。通过对多螺栓实体结构进行模态测试试验,得到螺栓联接结构的固有频率随预紧力和外载荷的变化规律与等效模型得到的拉伸刚度规律具有一致性,进一步表明了等效模型的准确性。通过以上一系列研究,模型的正确性和实用性得到了有力证明。 Aiming at the axial tensile stiffness of the bolt joint structure under the combined action of preload and external load,an equivalent model is proposed according to the force characteristics of the bolt structure,and the complicated contact problem is transformed into a simple material mechanics problem.Through the simulation experiment of the single-bolt plane strain model and the multi-bolt three-dimensional solid model,it is obtained that the equivalent model can not only qualitatively analyze the influence law of pre-tightening force and external load on the stiffness of the bolt joint,but also can quantitatively describe it,the results have Higher accuracy.Through the modal test of the multi-bolt solid structure,it is obtained that the natural frequency of the bolted joint structure changes with the pre-tightening force and the external load is consistent with the tensile stiffness obtained from the equivalent model,which further shows the equivalent model accuracy.Through the above series of studies,the correctness and practicability of the model have been strongly proved.
