市政配套工程旧桥拆除与新桥施工关键技术研究

摘要 为提升中粮油脂市政配套项目(一)总承包(EPC)孤山西路旧桥拆除、新桥施工的功能性和安全性,文章对既有旧桥拆除及新桥下部结构关键施工进行研究。介绍了旧桥拆除和新桥下部结构建设的关键施工技术,包括防护网施工、桥面系及附属结构的移除、梁体的切割与拆除、桥墩和盖梁的拆卸、钻孔桩、承台和墩柱的施工等。在旧桥拆除过程中,采用直接的机械拆除方法,确保在有限的空间内安全、高效地完成拆除工作。在新桥建设时,考虑了后期的养护和耐久性问题,采用了先简支后连续的空心板梁工艺,并通过汽车起重机安装法施工,减少对周围环境的影响。通过精确的施工关键技术的研究与应用,确保工程的顺利进行,提升了市政配套工程交叉点的桥梁建设效率与安全性。 In order to enhance the functionality and safety of the demolition of the old bridge on Gushan West Road and the construction of the new bridge for the COFCO Oil Municipal Supporting Project(I)EPC,this article studies the key construction of the existing old bridge demolition and the lower structure of the new bridge.The key construction techniques for the demolition of old bridges and the construction of new bridge substructures were introduced,including the construction of protective nets,removal of bridge deck systems and ancillary structures,cutting and dismantling of beams,dismantling of bridge piers and cover beams,construction of drilled piles,abutments,and pier columns.During the demolition process of the old bridge,a direct mechanical demolition method was adopted to ensure the safe and efficient completion of the demolition work within a limited space.During the construction of the new bridge,maintenance and durability issues were taken into account in the later stage.The hollow slab beam process of simple support followed by continuous support was adopted,and the construction was carried out using a truck crane installation method to reduce the impact on the surrounding environment.Through the research and application of precise construction key technologies,the smooth progress of the project has been ensured,and the efficiency and safety of bridge construction at the intersection of municipal supporting projects have been improved.
