摘要
为研究水平垂直连续皮带机在盾构隧道渣土运输中的应用,文章对水平垂直连续皮带机在长大盾构隧道中的渣土运输方案进行了设计,介绍了长大盾构隧道施工中渣土运输的重要性和挑战,以及选择合适的渣土运输方案的必要性。详细介绍了3种方案的技术原理和特点,分析了每种方案的优缺点,并进行了比较与综合评价,突出了各自的特点和适用场景,给出了建议和优化方向。
To study the application of horizontal and vertical continuous belt conveyors in the transportation of waste soil in shield tunnels,this article designs a scheme for the transportation of waste soil in long shield tunnels using horizontal and vertical continuous belt conveyors.This article introduces the importance and challenges of soil transportation in the construction of long shield tunnels,as well as the necessity of selecting a suitable soil transportation plan.The technical principles and characteristics of three schemes were introduced in detail,and their advantages and disadvantages were analyzed for each scheme.A comparison and comprehensive evaluation were conducted on three schemes,highlighting their respective characteristics and applicable scenarios,and providing suggestions and optimization directions.
