摘要
为提升罗布麻混纺纱及其织物品质,采用纤维混合和条子混合的混纺方式,分别将白色罗布麻、本色罗布麻纤维与棉、Lyocell纤维进行混纺,纺制了棉/白色罗布麻/Lyocell(40/30/30)、棉/白色罗布麻(70/30)、棉/本色罗布麻(70/30)3种线密度为18.3 tex的集聚纺混纺纱,将3种混纺纱分别试织成双罗纹针织物,测试分析其服用性能并与纯棉针织物进行对比。结果表明:棉/白色罗布麻/Lyocell(40/30/30)混纺纱强力比棉/白色罗布麻(70/30)提高了50%,条干CV值下降了13.52%;罗布麻混纺针织物具备独特的抗菌、远红外发射功能,综合性能优于纯棉针织物,其中棉/白色罗布麻/Lyocell(40/30/30)混纺织物的透气率比纯棉针织物提高19.8%,对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠埃希菌抑菌率可达到42.6%和44.4%。
To improve the quality of Apocynum Tumushuke yarns and fabrics,fiber blending and sliver blending methods were adopted to blend white Apocynum and natural Apocynum fibers with cotton and Lyocell fibers,respectively.Three kinds of agte-spun blended yarns with a linear density of 18.3 tex,namely cotton/white Apocryum/Lyocell(40/30/30),cotton/white Apocryum(70/30),and cotton/natural Apocryum(70/30),were spun.The three kinds of blended yarns were trial-knitted into rib fabrics respectively.Their wearing properties were tested and analyzed and compared with pure cotton fabrics.The results show that the strength of cotton/white Apocynum/Lyocell(40/30/30)blended yarn is 50%higher than that of cotton/white Apocynum(70/30),and the CV value of the strip dry decreases by 13.52%.Apocynum blended fabric has unique antibacterial and far-infrared emission functions.The overall performance of the fabric is superior to that of pure cotton fabric.Among them,the air permeability of cotton/white Apocynum/Lyocell(40/30/30)blended fabric is 19.8%higher than that of pure cotton fabric,and the antibacterial rates against Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli can reach 42.6%and 44.4%respectively.
