摘要
在立德树人根本任务的引领下,体育教育已朝着以核心素养为导向的全面发展方向转变。红色体育作为革命精神与体育实践相融合的产物,为体育学科核心素养的培育提供了独特途径。该文以具身认知理论和建构主义理论为依据,深入剖析红色体育与体育品德、运动能力、健康行为这三大核心素养的内在关联。在此基础上,从构建理论与实践相结合的课程体系、推动跨学科融合、优化评价体系3个方面,提出红色体育赋能的路径,为新时代体育教育的创新发展提供参考。
Guided by the fundamental task of Lide Shuren,physical education has shifted towards an all-round development oriented by core literacy.As a product that integrates revolutionary spirit with sports practice,red sports provides a unique pathway for cultivating the core literacy of physical education.Based on the theories of embodied cognition and constructivism,this paper thoroughly analyzes the inherent connections between red sports and the three core competencies:sports ethics,athletic ability,and healthy behaviors.On this basis,it constructs the empowerment pathway of red sports from three aspects:building a curriculum system that integrates theory with practice,promoting interdisciplinary integration,and optimizing the evaluation system,so as to provide reference for the innovation development of physical education in the new era.
