摘要
目的:探讨归芪三仙汤对化疗后白细胞减少症的临床疗效。方法:选取2024年1月1日—12月31日在台州市肿瘤医院接受化疗后发生白细胞减少的64例恶性肿瘤患者为研究对象,根据随机数表法将其分为观察组与对照组,每组各32例,以进行疗效评估。对照组给予利可君片治疗,观察组给予归芪三仙汤治疗,两组均连续服用21 d为一疗程。观察并比较两组临床疗效、给药治疗前后白细胞计数、中医证候积分及不良反映情况。结果:观察组整体治疗效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经过21 d的治疗干预后,观察组的白细胞计数改善幅度大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。此外,两组中医症候积分比较观察组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:归芪三仙汤治疗放化疗后导致的白细胞减少症的效果,能够提高患者的白细胞计数、改善患者的临床症状,且无明显的不良反应。
Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of Guiqi Sanxian Decoction on leukopenia following chemotherapy.Method:A total of 64 patients with leukopenia following chemotherapy for malignant tumors who were admitted to Taizhou Cancer Hospital between January 1 and December 31,2024 were selecred as the study objects.And they were divided into an observation group and a control group according to random number table,with 32 cases in each group.The control group received Leucogen Tablets,while the observation group were treated with Guiqi Sanxian Decoction.Both groups took the medicine continuously for 21 days as one course of treatment.The clinical efficacy,white blood cell count before and after administration treatment,TCM syndrome score and adverse reactions of the two groups.Result:The observation group demonstrated a significantly higher total effective rate than the control group(P<0.05).Following 21 days of treatment,compared with the control group,the observation group exhibited a significantly higher white blood cell count(P<0.05).Similarly,the TCM syndrome in the observation group scores were higher those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Guiqi Sanxian Decoction has a remarkable effect in treating leukopenia caused by radiotherapy and chemotherapy.It can increase the white blood cell count of patients,improve their clinical symptoms,and has no significant adverse reactions.
