摘要
目的:研究三维超声能量多普勒联合Smart FLC技术在多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)诊断中的应用价值。方法:选取2024年7月—2025年6月在深圳市前海蛇口自贸区医院收治的60例PCOS患者为研究对象。根据不同诊断方法将其分为A组(二维超声)、B组(Vocal和SonoAVC技术)和C组(Smart FLC3D技术)。比较3组卵巢形态学指标,卵巢间质血流参数血流指数(VI)、血管化指数(FI)、血管血流指数(VFI)及间质比,诊断质量,以及诊断价值。结果:三组卵泡数量及卵巢体积,以及卵泡体积比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。三组卵巢间质血流参数VI、FI、VFI及间质比比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。C组的检查时间短于A组和B组,检查效率评分及质量评分高于A组和B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。C组对PCOS患者的诊断检出率高于A组和B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:三维超声能量多普勒联合Smart FLC技术对PCOS的诊断应用价值较高,具有更高的诊断质量及检出率。
Objective:To study the application value of three-dimensional ultrasound energy Doppler combined with Smart FLC technology in the diagnosis of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Method:60 patients with PCOS who were admitted to Qianhai Shekou Free Trade Zone Hospital in Shenzhen from July 2024 to June 2025 were selected as the research subjects.According to different diagnostic methods,they were divided into Group A(two-dimensional ultrasound),Group B(Vocal and SonoAVC technology),and Group C(Smart FLC3D technology).The ovarian morphological indicators,ovarian interstitial blood flow parameters Vascularization Index(VI),Flow Index(FI),Vascularization Flow Index(VFI),interstitial ratio of diagnostic quality and diagnostic value of each group were compared.Result:There was no statistically significant difference in the number of follicles,ovarian volume,and follicular volume among the three groups(P>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the three groups of ovarian interstitial blood flow parameters VI,FI,VFI and interstitial ratio(P>0.05).The examination time of group C was shorter than that of group A and Group B.The examination efficiency score and quality score of Group C were higher than those of Group A and Group B,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The diagnostic detection rate of PCOS patients in group C was higher than that in group A and group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Three-dimensional ultrasound energy Doppler combined with Smart FLC technology has a high diagnostic application value for PCOS,with higher diagnostic quality and detection rate.
