铁死亡的研究进展及其与子宫内膜炎的关系

摘要 本文旨在系统阐述铁死亡研究进展及铁死亡与子宫内膜炎的关联,为子宫内膜炎治疗提供参考。本研究全面检索中国知网、万方、PubMed等国内外权威数据库,筛选近年高质量文献,涵盖基础研究、机制探讨及药物干预等领域。研究发现,铁死亡主要受system Xc-和GPX4-GSH通路、泛醌通路和GCH1-BH4通路调节,铁蓄积与脂质过氧化是铁死亡的关键诱因,线粒体是铁死亡的主要场所,线粒体活性是铁死亡过程中的关键调节因素。同时,异常炎症反应与铁死亡存在显著关联,其中子宫内膜炎的发生发展与铁死亡关系密切。进一步研究表明,咖啡酸、菊苣酸、柠檬醛、USP22、FXR、葛根素均能通过抑制铁死亡减轻子宫内膜炎。综上所述,深入探究铁死亡机制及其与子宫内膜炎的关系,对开发子宫内膜炎新型治疗策略具有重要意义。 This paper aims to systematically elaborate on the progress of ferroptosis research and its correlation with endometritis,providing references for the treatment of endomet.By comprehensively searching authoritative domestic and foreign databases such as China National Knowledge Infrastructure,Wanfang,and PubMed,recent high-quality literature covering basic research,mechanism,and drug intervention was screened.It was found that ferroptosis is mainly regulated by system Xc-and GPX4-GSH pathways,the ubiquinone pathway,the GCH1-BH4 pathway.Iron accumulation and lipid peroxidation are key triggers of ferroptosis,and mitochondria are the main sites of ferroptosis,mitochondrial activity being a key regulatory factor in the process of ferroptosis.At the same time,there is a significant correlation between abnormal inflammatory response and ferroptosis,among which the and development of endometritis are closely related to ferroptosis.Further studies have shown that caffeic acid,chrysoeriin,citral,USP22,FXR,and puerarin can reduce endometritis by inhibiting ferroptosis.In-depth research on the mechanism of iron death and its correlation with endomet is of great significance for the development of new treatment strategies for endometritis.
