摘要
面对传统历史文化街区“博物馆式”保护模式活力不足、业态植入困难的现实困境,存量时代历史文化街区亟需构建可持续发展的创新路径。文章以宁波月湖历史文化街区为典型案例,通过产业策划与整体规划并行,从文化资产活化、产业业态重构、空间形态更新三个维度,系统剖析历史文化街区的可持续发展实现路径,并提出了“文化资产活化-产业业态重构-空间形态更新”三维协同的分析框架,为破解历史文化街区保护与发展矛盾,激活城市文化空间活力提供了方法指导与实践支撑。
Facing the dilemma of insufficient vitality in the tradi tional"museum-style"conservation and the difficulty of business integration,historic and cultural districts in the urban stock era urgently need innovative pathways for sustainable development.The study takes Ningbo Yuehu Historic and Cultural District as a representative case,aligning industry planning with master planning,and systemat ically analyzes the pathways for sustainable development of historic and cultural districts through three dimensions:cultural asset revitalization,industry and business restructuring,and spatial morphological renewal.The study proposes a three-dimensional synergistic analytical framework—comprising"cultural asset revitalization,industrial and business format restructuring,spatial morphology renewal"—providing methodological guidance and practical support for resolving the conflicts between conservation and development while revitalizing urban cultural spaces.
